HAARP
I have updated some of this post, therefore I renewed the posting date.
For those of you who don't know, HAARP is a Radio Transmission facility up in Alaska, USA. It is a facility off of Alaskan Route 1, between Anchorage and Fort Greely / Allen Army Air Field. The facility consists of "A high power transmitter and antenna array operating in the High Frequency (HF) range. The transmitter is capable of delivering up to 3.6 million Watts to an antenna system consisting of 180 crossed dipole antennas arranged as a rectangular, planar array."
3.6 Megawatts? That is a LOT of juice! The most powerful legal broadcasting stations (The most powerful non-military transmissions) operate at 50 Kilowatts, or 50,000 Watts. Compare that to 3,600,000 Watts, and you can see the vast difference in the numbers. They had to build an on site power plant for this facility.
Well, it sure would be interesting to pump that much energy into the air and see what happens! I am sure anywhere within a mile of the facility, you could hold up a fluorescent light bulb and watch it glow magically without any power connected to it, while HAARP is in operation!
So with all this power, what exactly does HAARP do? Well, they claim they do some pretty menial stuff... Quoted from their site as follows:
HAARP is a scientific endeavor aimed at studying the properties and behavior of the ionosphere, with particular emphasis on being able to understand and use it to enhance communications and surveillance systems for both civilian and defense purposes.
The HAARP program is committed to developing a world class ionospheric research facility consisting of:
- The Ionospheric Research Instrument (IRI), a high power transmitter facility operating in the High Frequency (HF) range. The IRI will be used to temporarily excite a limited area of the ionosphere for scientific study.
- A sophisticated suite of scientific (or diagnostic) instruments that will be used to observe the physical processes that occur in the excited region.
Observation of the processes resulting from the use of the IRI in a controlled manner will allow scientists to better understand processes that occur continuously under the natural stimulation of the sun.
Scientific instruments installed at the HAARP Observatory will be useful for a variety of continuing research efforts which do not involve the use of the IRI but are strictly passive. Among these studies include ionospheric characterization using satellite beacons, telescopic observation of the fine structure in the aurora, and documentation of long-term variations in the ozone layer.
Okay, so its slightly plausible that someone would want to find this information out. However, at what cost? And more importantly, Why? What justifies the cost of operating this facility (and others) for the past 20 years?
For years now, HAM Radio operators, and anyone who knows anything about Radio-Frequency related issues, have been saying that there is something wrong about this project. That the 'Research' aspect is a front to a more sinister project being carried out by the government. Speculations about weather control, propaganda broadcasting, communications with spies, and even mind control have all been spouted out with little supporting evidence. Some other early theories were '24 hour lighting for cities, using a constant aurora borealis'. The weather modification was a popular theory, and I will quickly point out that while locally, it might be possible. In a longer range situation, it would have drastic secondary consequences which would make it impractical. However, depending on how the RF Energy can be focused, it might work well for that locally.
The most popular opinion about HAARP is that it is an Earthquake Machine. This is also my opinion. In fact, I am fairly certain of it. But how does it work? Many people say that its an Earthquake machine, but can't really explain how it works.
Having worked in a Radio Communications field for 10 years now, and being extremely interested in geography, I have been able to deduct how this machine works. In essence, it is Tesla's Earthquake Machine based on Mechanical Resonance. Ah, but how? For one, Myth Busters have proven that this doesn't work, and secondly, there are no moving parts? Well, my friend, Myth Busters are full of shit. For one, they did not do that experiment scientifically, now did they really want to destroy that bridge? But if they really tried, and had patience, it wouldn't of failed. The key to resonance becoming destructive is time. You bring an object to its resonant frequency, and continue to amplify that power which is being exerted, eventually there will be a point where it just wont be able to withstand the oscillations and will fail in some way. Think of a wine glass, and a singer, hitting a sustained, long, high note. It breaks right?
So yes, Mechanical Resonance can become destructive. But how does that apply to the earth, and earthquakes? This facility still has no moving parts, other then the pistons in the generators. Ah but wait, in that last example, sound was used to cause a physical object to resonate, which became destructive. Sound is very similar to radio waves. So could radio transmissions at the right frequency, lets say the resonant frequency of the earth, cause an earthquake? I am unsure of that. But that isn't what HAARP does anyhow, as the Resonant frequency of the earth (discovered by Tesla) is around 8 Hz, and below most radio equipment's workable bands.
The way HAARP actually works is by adjusting the physical cavity which causes the earth to resonate at 8 Hz. Guess what determines the resonant frequency of the earth? The ionosphere! The distance between the ground, and the Ionosphere, is what actually determines the resonant frequency of the earth in that spot. The frequency varies depending on where you are in the world, and it is my guess that, this is what keeps the fault lines active. Different chunks of earth, vibrate slightly out of phase with other chunks of earth, so eventually cracks, or faults form.
HAARP changes the ionosphere, by charging it, or heating it up enough so it actually rises away from earths surface. This slow, and slight change happens over several days. This is accomplished by various tuning huts in the HAARP array, which allow HAARP to focus the RF beam, on a specific spot. The automatic tuning can direct and focus the brunt of the RF energy towards a spot. I imagine that it can also be focused in such a way to refract it over the horizon and focus it on a spot of the ionosphere on the other side of the world. In theory I could see this working.
As the ionosphere changes its distance from the surface, it alters the resonant frequency in that specific area. Eventually the frequency of that area, and the frequency of a connected, but neighboring chunk of land differ so much, that they separate and cause a very violent, shallow earthquake. This may cause several aftershocks, even after HAARP is deactivated, as the ionosphere takes time to return to its normal condition, and the resonant frequency adjusts accordingly.
VLF, ELF, The Ionosphere, Earth Breathing, and HAARP are all linked I am sure. See also http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Schumann_resonances
New Note: It is October 7th, 2022. I wrote this article almost 10 years ago. Today I was randomly watching dutchsine, a vlogger on YouTube who primarily discusses earthquakes. Basically, he confirmed my thesis here. Maybe not so much that HAARP was an earthquake machine. But he confirmed that VLF and the Aurora / Ionosphere being responsible for VLF and in turn equating to earthquakes.
That is basically all I got... But I will say that Haiti, Chili, Japan, and now Iran all experienced earthquakes produced by HAARP. Questions? Comments? Would love to hear them! Comment below!
